Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE: AT THIS TIME WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES.

FREE RETURNS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE IF YOUR ORDER QUALIFIED FOR FREE SHIPPING ($50+ USD). THE FREE RETURN CAN ONLY BE USED ON THE 1ST RETURN PACKAGE FOR ANY ORDER. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY RETURNED ITEMS FROM AN ORDER, BUT WOULD LIKE TO MAKE ADDITIONAL RETURNS FROM THAT SAME ORDER, THEN A $6.95 SHIPPING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

IF YOUR ORDER DID NOT QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING, THE CUSTOMER (YOU) WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COST. THE $6.95 SHIPPING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

Your return must be approved first before you ship your item(s) back.

Any returns must be approved within 7 days from when your order was delivered & it must be shipped back within 14 days from when you received your order. Returns will not be accepted outside of these terms.

1. To begin your return, email info@famaunlimited.com

2. In your email, include your order number & the name(s) of the item(s) you would like to return. 

3. If your return is approved, we will email you the return shipping label (free returns are only applicable if your order qualified for free shipping)

IMPORTANT – To be eligible for a return the item(s) must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Must have their original tags
  • Contain no stains of any kind (e.g. make-up stains, deodorant stains, etc.)
  • Must be odor-less 

***Returned items will be inspected. If a returned item is found to be used when received, your return will be rendered void. The customer (you) will be responsible for return shipping costs for any items found to be damaged/used.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed, once your package has been delivered to us. We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE TO RECEIVE YOUR RETURN PACKAGES. If there's any issue regarding your package, you MUST take this up with the shipping carrier as we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
